BECAUSE OF YOU WE ARE GAINING “DIVINE TRACTION” FOR CHRIST AND HIS KINGDOM
Because of your prayers and support in February/March we trained leaders in two cities in Brazil.
We also led a leadership retreat for leaders of seven ministries, spoke at several churches, and saw seven people commit their lives to Christ.
Because of your prayers and support in April/May we trained leaders in three cities in Uganda. We are praising God that the graduates of our first two phases of training are now training others.
I hope all is well with you. Today we have started Phase 2 in Entebbe and all went well. The good news is one of the pastors told us that they have started a church with over 50 people now after Phase 1! God is good. It [the training] works. We will have more tomorrow. Thank you all for the work you did for the kingdom. God bless you. Moses and the team Uganda”
Because of your prayers and support in July/August Sharon and I were able to travel to the Northwest where I spoke at several churches and met with many long-time friends from our different seasons of ministry.
Because of your prayers and support in September Hud McWilliams and I were part of the “Traction” leadership team to give encouragement and counsel to “at risk” missionaries in Switzerland.
Sharon then joined me as we visited and spoke at several churches in France we were part of starting during our 25 years of church planting in Europe.
Because of your prayers and support in October/November we trained leaders in five cities in Brazil, equipping Brazilians to equip other Brazilians.
We saw people come to faith in Christ in both our training and speaking. Here is an email I received from a young man named ‘Geronimo’ who brought two friends to the church service where I spoke, after which they prayed to receive Christ:
“Peace and Grace Dr Linus, Please share with Pastor Samir (Sammy). I’ve been in the house of the couple who prayed to the Lord and gave their lives to Jesus. She was very happy and said that every night they are reading the Gospel of John. God bless you.”

we are training Brazilians to train others to train others to train others, according to the apostle Paul’s admonition in 2 Timothy 2:2: “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men [and women] who will also be qualified to teach others.”

we trained and encouraged the young church planting team of SanCa Vineyard Church in Sao Carlos, Brazil to live out their vision of being relational, real and relevant in their university city.

after the Phase 1 workshop in Jacarei, Pastor Luiz was inspired to host more trainings at his Church to help reach the 25,000 new residents in the area near his church.
