BUT FIRST SOMEONE YOU DON’T KNOW: BIANCA IN BRAZIL

“Hello, my name is Bianca, I’m 20 years old and today I came to bring my testimony inside the Hope Chapel Church (Church pastored by Sammy Diab in Bom Retiro do Sul).

I got to know the church through Graciela, a work colleague who rescued me from many sins and wounds. Graciela invited me to the Divine Expedition Phase 2 course, where I felt for the first time the true relentless presence of the LORD. I had a lot of wound healing process, healing of bad feelings, making me feel lighter and loved by God.

I decided that this was what I wanted for my life. Right after I started attending a small group every Tuesday, followed by the church’s Encounter with God retreat. All this with less than 2 months. It was simply wonderful to feel the Holy Spirit so close, giving me his love and affection.

I learned to be more grateful, and to put my life in the palm of His hand. My home environment started to be lighter, my relationships started to flow to the Path of the Lord, and my everyday life is more special than ever.

I am very happy to be able now to participate in Hope Chapel Church of Bom Retiro. I have gratitude, first to God, and second to the whole team that welcomed me.

BUT YOU MIGHT REMEMBER JEDI, MOSES, AND MICHAEL IN UGANDA

Jedi, Moses, and Michael are three of the Ugandan’s we trained to become Master Trainers, as we traveled together throughout Uganda. This is where we first started and field-tested the Divine Expedition training.

I miss our travels with them…

…not the near car-jacking on our way to Gulu in the north,

…not coming down with Typhoid Fever on our way back from Soroti in the east…

…and not the thousands of speed bumps on every trip with took with them throughout the country.

…but I do miss our friendships, our laughter, our meals, our training, our sharing the good news of Christ with others, and our conducting many trainings together.

IT’S GOING TO TAKE ETERNITY

You may not recognize many or any of those pictured above, but will get to meet them and those they have trained or reached for Christ in eternity ahead. The stories of God’s grace will be unending.

Rev. 7:9   After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

We will get to hear their stories and they will get to hears ours, and together we will cry out in a loud voice:

Rev. 7:10  “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
